Otop Express services are composed of air forwarding, air express, ocean forwarding.
We recommend the following choices:

- Express: Suitable for cross-border e-commerce bulk shipments or small cargo (~100kg).
- Air: Suitable for expedited shipments or medium-sized cargo (above 100kg).
- Ocean: Suitable for large and heavy cargo (1CBM or more).

No, Otop Express is not a platform that matches customers with logistics service providers (LSP).
Instead, Otop Express collaborates with competitive LSPs to take responsibility for and transport customers' cargo.
Through the Otop Express platform, it is possible to receive real-time quotes, check the status of cargo transportation, resolve issues, and handle logistics cost settlements,
offering a one-stop service.

Otop Express services do not charge any separate platform usage fees or commissions in addition to logistics costs.

Otop Express' Otop Express is an enterprise system designed for managing logistics operations, equipped with various functions such as FIS (Forwarding Operations), TMS (Local Transportation), and WMS (Warehouse Operations). It is well-suited for large enterprises and customers.

On the other hand, Otop Express is a platform designed to provide easy and convenient access to international transportation services, including air, ocean, and express shipping.
It is tailored to accommodate businesses of all sizes, offering a user-friendly solution for those who may not be part of large enterprises.

Otop Express provides services in most countries, excluding Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Immediate quotes are available for key routes in each country. If the desired route is not available, you can receive a response within 2 business days via email.

Economy: 10-15 days
Express: 1-3 days
Premium: 1-3 days
■Air Shipping
USA: 3-4 days
Asia: 1-2 days
Europe: 3-4 days
Central and South America: 7-11 days
■Ocean Shipping
USA: 15-20 days to warehouse entry. Arrival in USEC areas (such as New Jersey, New York, etc.) is 25-30 days.
Asia: 5-10 days to warehouse entry.
Europe: 30-35 days to warehouse entry.

■Express Shipping: Insurance is not provided.
■Forwarding: Through our contracted insurance company, cargo insurance coverage is possible. However, for special containers, separate confirmation with the insurance company is required. The insurance rate is determined based on shipping mode by item and transaction country.
Please provide the destination country, HS CODE, and shipping mode, and we will respond after verification.

There is no specified minimum quantity requirement; however, for ocean shipping, it is not recommended to ship less than 1CBM as it may not be cost-effective.
We recommend reviewing the quotes for each mode and making a decision accordingly.

Otop Express does not provide its own IOR service, so you must directly recruit IOR companies (P&P Line, Holmart, Admtmax, etc.).

If it's a simplified customs clearance, duties may still apply. In the case of the United States, items with an invoice value of less than $800 qualify for duty-free entry under the de minimis threshold (express customs clearance). However, for simplified customs clearance, duties are applicable for items with an invoice value between $800 and $2,000.

For Free Trade Agreements (FTA), the benefits vary depending on the target country and product.
